Auditive Imagery (2015)

audio portraits + framed passe-partout

The image has an indispensable role in our western way of conceiving information. It’s informative character is often used to give reason to certain events, and create understanding about these- or the opposite. Having a proper image can prevent a lot of misunderstanding. Auditive Imagery is a loophole, an image-hack for images that need to be seen, but are not to be seen- for images that are necessary to balance the scale of understanding, but which can not be shown because they are not to be present physically.
